Hobbymekanik is a small metal workshop located in the Majorna district of Gothenburg. The company is run by Anders Karlstam, who specialises in metalworking on a small scale.

Anders’ expertise and interest in both problem solving and local production has enabled us to develop a Swedish rifle sling button. The rifle sling button is one of several components that are part of our specially manufactured coupling bracket developed for David Ericsson’s V.DE-03 stackable chair.

Chairs and coupling brackets are now a permanent feature of the interior at Wrak – Museum of Wrecks in Stockholm.
